Approval of Extradition Act, 1965: Motion.

Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach (Mr. S. Brennan):

I move:

"That Dáil Éireann approves the draft Order entitled ‘Extradition Act, 1965 (Application of Part II) Order, 2000', copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 5th December, 2000."
