188 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if grant aid will be made available to Galway County Council to enable it to carry out coastal protection works to repair coastal erosion damage on the road between Cashel and Tombeola, County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Any prioritised proposals which Galway County Council may wish to make in relation to the road between Cashel and Tombeola, County Galway will be assessed in the context of the overall strategic coast protection priorities and available funding.
