Under the sports capital programme there is a condition that the payment of grants exceeding £39,000 are subjected to execution of a deed of trust. That condition applied in the case of this club. I am pleased to advise that the Chief State Solicitor's Office, or CSSO, has now issued the deed of trust for the club in question to their solicitors for execution. The deed should be returned to the CSSO, and it will then be signed by my Department. As soon as the searches on the trustees have been completed by the CSSO, arrangements will be made to pay the grant.
