110 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Health and Children if the Mid-Western Health Board has completed the project brief for the Alzheimer's unit in St. Ita's Hospital, Newcastle West, County Limerick; and when tender approval will be given for the provision of this unit. [2810/01]
The revised planning brief for the Alzheimer's unit in St. Ita's Hospital, Newcastle West, has recently been received in my Department from the Mid-Western Health Board together with the board's proposal for establishing a design team and these are currently being examined. My Department will be in contact with the MidWestern Health Board concerning the next phase of the development on completion of the examination.
