Moynihan-Cronin asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she has brought to Government proposals for legislation arising from the report of the special working group to advise on the establishment of a personal injuries tribunal; if she will publish the report; and if she will make a statement on the matter. 92 Mr. Callely asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the date on which it was proposed to establish a personal injuries tribunal; the progress made to establish such a tribunal; the likely benefits arising from this; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2900/01]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 64, 69 and 92 together.

The Minister will be bringing proposals to Government within the next fortnight on foot of the recommendations contained in the report of the special working group on a personal injury tribunal. We expect to publish the report after Government discussion on the matter.
