85 Mr. Yates asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the discussions she has had with IBEC with regard to the employers' PRSI changes in the budget; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2016/01]
PRSI changes in the budget are a matter in the first instance for the Minister for Finance.
In company with the Taoiseach and the Minister for Finance, I met a delegation from IBEC on 13 December last at which the issue of PRSI was discussed.
The views of the IBEC representatives were listened to and while it was agreed to consider their comments further, no commitments of any kind were made regarding amendments to the changes being introduced.
