90 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the headage and suckler cow grants which have been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Galway from 3 September 1998 to date; if his atten tion has been drawn to the fact that these headage payments have been mandated to the ACC Bank by way of court order; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Payment of £468 under the 2000 cattle headage scheme inadvertently issued to the person named on 29 September 2000. This payment should have been diverted to the ACC Bank under the terms of the court order served in June 1998. My Department will continue to divert any payments due to the ACC Bank until the terms of the court order have been complied with.
