I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the removal of the reservation on Article 4.2C of the Convention for the Protection of the Architectural Heritage of Europe done at Granada on 3 October 1985 and ratified by Ireland on 20 January 1997 be referred to the Select Committee on Heritage and the Irish Language in accordance with paragraph (1)(f2>a)(iii) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which shall, not later than 6 March 2001, send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 79B, and Standing Order 79A(2) shall accordingly apply.
