Vol. 530 No. 6

Written Answers. - Irish Citizenship.

Ruairí Quinn

Ceist:

357 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the procedures an Irish citizen (details supplied), who works in Switzerland, needs to follow in order that his wife may visit Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4520/01]

At the time the application in question was made, the persons concerned were not married. If the applicants forward their original marriage certificate, together with a notarised translation into English, the application will then be processed on that basis by my Department.

Question No. 358 answered with Question No. 345.
