367 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry Office will supply details of a folio for land (details supplied) in County Limerick which was lodged with the office in May 2000. [4749/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there are no applications pending on Folio No. 26787 at present. I have been further informed by the Land Registry that the person mentioned by the Deputy is the registered owner. The person mentioned was registered as full owner of the property on 1 October 1950, subject to conditions contained in section 17(2) and section 21 of the Labourers' Act, 1936 and a cottage purchase annuity. A certified copy-filed plan can be obtained, on request, from the Land Registry on payment of the prescribed fee.
