350 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the capital projects funded by her Department in the South Kerry constituency in 2000; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [5793/01]

The capital projects funded by my Department in the South Kerry constituency in 2000 are set out as follows.

Capital projects project £16,624; Skellig Michael £50,000; Cahergall stone fort – small car park – £780,000; accomodation roads and village renewal projects £70,650; provision and-or improvement of community centres and recreational facilities, refurbishment of staff accommodation, farmyard buildings, at Killarney National Park, £720,000; construction, fitting out of new restaurant and craft centre at Killarney National Park £79,469 total funding.

351 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the capital projects funded by her Department in the Kildare South constituency during 2000; the amount of funding in each case; the proposed capital projects by his Department in 2001; the amount of funding in this regard; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The funding provided by my Department for capital projects in the Kildare South constituency during 2000, and the projects and allocation for 2001, are set out as follows:

Proposed 2001 – installation of 18 metre jetty at the 24th lock on the Barrow line – nil. The Athy barge project – £20,000. Installation of 18 metre jetty at the 26th lock on the Barrow line – £15,000. Pollardstown Fen nature reserve – rehabilitation of pathway £7,000. Provision of roof at Moone High Cross £91,000. Total funding £133,000
