367 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the waiting time for the processing of Land Registry dealings on a county basis; the plans he has to reduce the delays in processing dealings in the Land Registry office; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 1064 of Tuesday, 30 January 2001 which dealt comprehensively with the information requested by the Deputy. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles and Deeds that the position regarding the waiting time for the processing of Land Registry dealings remains as set out in my response on that date.
