Ceist:129 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will quantify the cost to his Department as a result of an occurrence with regard to a vessel (details supplied) which set sail from Foynes Port, County Limerick, to Port Said, Egypt, on 23 December 2000 with a cargo of 3,800 tonnes of boxed meat and, following the discharge of 300 tonnes, was obliged to return with the bulk of the cargo which was discharged in Waterford Port; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
