1 Mr. Quinn asked the Taoiseach the nature of the understanding which exists between the Government and Deputy Liam Lawlor; the written agreement which exists between the two parties; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4021/01]

There is no agreement or understanding, written or otherwise, between the Government and Deputy Lawlor.
