Ceist:170 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will introduce a change to the practice which cur rently penalises those over 70 in obtaining a driving licence; when adjustments to the cost of licence per year will be introduced; if early action can be taken as currently it costs £24 for a ten year licence for persons under 70, including a £4 photograph, and £130 for a ten years licence for persons over 70 covering three licences, three medicals and three photographs.
