140 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science if the additional information, including estimated costs, sought from County Kilkenny Vocational Educational Committee in respect of a project (details supplied) in County Kilkenny has yet been received; and, if so, the progress to date in this regard. The building unit of my Department is currently dealing with County Kilkenny vocational education committee in respect of an application for the refurbishment of specialist rooms at the college to which the Deputy refers. While some additional information, including estimated costs, has been received, not all of the information requested has been supplied with the result that the scope of the proposed works is not yet quantifiable. On 15 March 2001, a further letter issued to the VEC again setting out my Department's requirements in this matter. A reply is awaited.
