49 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the reason he has not approved the scheme of letting priorities submitted to him by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council before Christmas 2000; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10132/01]

I have approved the revised scheme of letting priorities submitted by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and the local authority was informed on 26 March last.
