275 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the steps he will take to have an application for rectification in the Land Registry Office by a person (details supplied) in County Cavan completed immediately; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10735/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for transmission which was lodged on 4 December 2000.
