228 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the number of agricultural officers or veterinary inspectors who have had his or her employment suspended or terminated since 1 June 1991 arising from their failure to implement the regulations introduced by the Department of Agriculture arising from the beef tribunal report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. No member of staff of my Department has been suspended or had their employment terminated since 1 June 1991 in relation to the implementation of regulations introduced by my Department arising from the beef tribunal report.
