Written Answers - Olden Report.
As I indicated in my reply to a previous question on 12 of April 2001, I received on 2 April 2001 the report to which the Deputy refers. The report is being considered in my Department and I have sought the views of the Director General of the Prison Service on it. As soon as that process is concluded, I intend to make the report available to the House. I hope to be able to do this later this month. I also intend to make the report available to the victim's family.
