Written Answers - Environmental Protection Agency Report.

Ceist:

147 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 169 of 3 April 2001, the report by the Environmental Protection Agency on the animal health investigation at Askeaton, County Limerick, which was due to be completed by the end of April 2001, has now been received; and if so, when he intends to publish it. The report in question is now virtually completed by the Environmental Protection Agency. As it will comprise five lengthy and separate volumes, the preparation of these for printing will take a number of weeks. As I have said in reply to previous questions on this matter, the report will be published following its consideration by the Government.
