86 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Defence the situation in relation to the future plans for Ratra House, Phoenix Park, Dublin 8; if the future use has been decided upon; if ownership or use will be retained within his remit; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13386/01]

The use to which Ratra House, which is the property of the Office of Public Works, will be put when the Civil Defence school and branch are decentralised to Roscrea is under consideration at present and no decisions have yet been taken in that regard.
