386 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when he will give sanction for a person (details supplied) to be furnished with the papers required to enable her come here and reside with her husband; and the reason no communication has issued from his Department to date confirming his decision to allow her reside here as and from 1 July 2001. I am pleased to be able to inform the Deputy that the application in question has been approved with effect from 1 July 2001. My Department has written to the applicant's spouse advising him of same.
