Ceist:228 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will give in respect of the Child Care (Pre-schools Services) Regulations, 1996, S.I. No. 398/1996 and for the years 1999, 2000 and up to 30 April 2001, the number of written notices under article 11(1) received by each health board and the overall total number of children catered for in these premises; the number of written notices under article 10(2) received by each health board and the overall total number of children which had been catered for in theses premises; the number of fees received by each health board as required by article 31(1); the number of exemptions in operation during these periods as granted under 31(4) by each health board; the number of written reports submitted by each health board to the person carrying on pre-schools service following inspection of that service as required by article 32(1); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
