346 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will expedite the granting of a laptop computer to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny who suffers from dispraxia and attends the Gael Scoil, Kilkenny city. [14641/01]

A grant payment of £1,500 has been sanctioned by my Department for the purchase of computer equipment for the pupil in question. The payment will be issued to the school authorities very shortly.
