I am aware of the correspondence referred to by the Deputy. My Department's inspectorate is investigating the needs of the pupil in question. I have asked that this investigation be completed as speedily as possible. Once the inspectorate has reported, I will advise the Deputy of the outcome and my Department will be in touch with the school authorities.
