101 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Health and Children if all outstanding payments to be made from the Eastern Regional Health Authority to workers of a company (details supplied) have been made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14798/01]

I am advised by the Eastern Regional Health Authority that the South-Western Area Health Board has made funding available to EVE Holdings to fund payment of a recently agreed pay award. I am further advised that this payment was made to the staff covered by this agreement on 4 May 2001.
