135 Ms Shortall asked the Taoiseach his Department's policy on family-friendly work options; if he will report on which of the following are available to staff: flexitime; job sharing; job splitting; part-time work; term-time work; alternative work arrangements; career breaks; and the number of staff who are currently availing of each of these options. My Department is committed to a number of initiatives which allow staff an opportunity to combine work and home life. A number of family-friendly work options such as job-sharing, flexitime, term-time, parental leave, career breaks and part-time work are available in my Department. The number of staff currently availing of these options are set out in the following table.
