O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education and Science when the deliberative process will be completed in relation to the implementation of the Government's decision (No. S29740) taken on 8 April 1997 to establish the west Cork third level campus in Skibbereen; the reason no action has taken place in the past four years to implement that Government decision; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
