286 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 1066 of 30 January 2001, he will state when he intends to implement section 11 of the Children Act, 1997; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17879/01]
