89 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if two schedules in the name of a person (details supplied) in County Galway have been lodged by the Land Commission to the Land Registry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19232/01]
The schedules or purchase agreement referred to by the Deputy have not been lodged in the Land Registry.
The delay in completing the vesting is outside the control of my Department. There are matters outstanding with another party to the rearrangement which must be resolved before the case can be finalised.
Reminders have issued to the solicitor for the party concerned.
