135 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason for the delay in placing a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny on the appropriate programme in St. Patrick's Hospital, Dublin; if St. Canice's Hospital, Kilkenny will make an immediate decision in the case; if the file will be reviewed to determine the reason it has taken so long to deal with this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The provision of health services in Kilkenny is a matter for the South-Eastern Health Board. I have asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate this case and to respond directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
