164 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 72 of 13 February 2001, he will indicate the outcome of the departmental investigation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19926/01]

The departmental investigation on this case is ongoing. I expect it to be finalised shortly, following which I will revert to the Deputy.
