187 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Public Enterprise the last year in which accounts were filed by the office of the director of telecommunications regulation in accordance with the provisions of the legislation establishing the office of the regulator. [19930/01]
The office of the director of telecommunications regulation, ODTR, annual report and accounts for the year ending 30 June 1999 is the last report which was laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas, in accordance with the provisions of the Telecommunications (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1996.
The ODTR annual report and accounts for the year ending 30 June 2000 is expected very shortly.
