Non-national road grants for 2001 have been fully allocated to local authorities from a record provision of over £323 million this year. Kerry County Council's allocation of £11.869 million in 2001 represents an increase of 13% on the 2000 initial allocation of £10.491 million and a 52% increase on the 1997 grant of £7.815 million.
