Ceist:

223 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will assist the parents of a person (details supplied) who died following an accident in Sousse, Tunisia, to obtain copies of the medical and autopsy reports. [21603/01]

Minister for Foreign Affairs (Mr. Cowen):

At my Department's request, the Irish Honorary Consul in Tunisia has applied to the courts in Sousse for the release of the autopsy report. The Department will forward a copy of the report to the family of the deceased when received.
