913 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position regarding an application by a person (details supplied) in County Wexford for permission to reside here; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21978/01]
My Department has been in correspondence with the person in question in order to obtain the information necessary to make a final determination on his application for permission to remain. One item is outstanding and upon its receipt a decision will be made without undue delay.
