43 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Health and Children if he has evaluated the report, Injury in Ireland, published by the department of public health medicine and epidemiology at UCD; and if so, if he can offer a timeframe for the implementation of recommendations contained in the report. The report Injury in Ireland was given to the Department as a submission during the consultation process for the health strategy. Its findings have been taken into consideration, and the issue of injury prevention will be addressed in the forthcoming Strategy.
