I have received a copy of the letter referred to by the Deputy. It is a very constructive contribution to the ongoing consultation process. I am giving consideration to the letter in the context of the enactment of the Bill and I will outline fully the position on each issue raised in it when the Bill is considered in detail on Committee Stage.
