That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Treaty between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the United States of America on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters signed in Washington DC on 18 January, 2001, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 24 May, 2001."
