117 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a comprehensive legal agreement between the South-Eastern Health Board and a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny is not being fully honoured; if the outstanding amount of £35,000 will be paid immediately; and if the signed legal agreement will be implemented in full. Responsibility for the implementation of the legal agreement between the South-Eastern Health Board and the person referred to is a matter for the health board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
