Written Answers. - Water and Sewerage Schemes.
Details of major water services schemes approved for County Cork are set out in my Departments water services investment programme 2000 to 2002, which is available in the Oireachtas Library. Expenditure by local authorities on schemes included in the programme is recouped by the Department on foot of eligible claims submitted for payment by authorities. These would be in addition to block allocations to county councils in respect of the devolved rural water programme. Block allocations for 2002 have yet to be determined.
