334 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if an application for registration will be expedited for persons (details supplied) in County Westmeath; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31562/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to transfers of part which were lodged on 8 June 1995. I am further informed that the application is in the final stages of registration and that the dealing should be completed shortly.
