Written Answers. - Defence Forces Case.
The person under reference has made an application for "redress of wrongs" under section 114 of the Defence Act, 1954, the outcome of which has only recently been determined. As is the normal procedure, rulings on such applications are communicated to personnel through the normal military channels. In the circumstances it would not be appropriate for me to make any comment on the matter.
