1304 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding an application for permanent recognition for a school (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2366/02]

The application for permanent recognition from the school referred to by the Deputy is being considered by the planning section of my Department.

The school authorities will be notified as soon as a decision is reached.
