300 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if she has received correspondence from a person (details supplied); her views on the issues raised; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3168/02]

I have received the correspondence referred to. However, as the matters raised are primarily for the board of the Irish Museum of Modern Art, I have asked the acting director to consider the matter and to respond directly regarding the issues raised.
