219 Mr. Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the delay in the transferring of post-primary land in Kenmare from the Department of Education and Science to Kerry County Council for social housing; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Officials in the building unit of my Department are currently examining documentation forwarded from the Chief State Solicitors Office in connection with the transfer of the land in question. It is hoped this matter will be progressed in the near future.
