I draw the Minister's attention to the fact that the replies to Questions Nos. 28 and 29 appear to be identical and therefore he may take Questions Nos. 28 and 29 together.

Minister for Defence (Mr. M. Smith):

I am happy to deal with the two questions together if that is what the House wants.
