Ceist:129 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Defence the position regarding a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5809/02]

A married quarters was allocated to the individual in question when he was a member of the Permanent Defence Force. In line with normal practice payment of pension was withheld when he was discharged from the force as vacant possession of the quarters was not returned to the military authorities. When the quarters are vacated all entitlements will be released.
