280 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will inquire into concerns by neighbours regarding a sheep being killed on the table of an address (details supplied) in Dublin 8 which appears to receive funding from the South-Western Area Health Board; and if he will make a statement on the steps which have been taken to investigate and deal with the complaints made. The details provided by the Deputy indicate that the property concerned is privately owned. My Department has been informed that the South-Western Area Health Board does not have a funding arrangement with the property's owner.
I understand that the incident at this address which the Deputy raised has been the subject of Garda inquiries. I am not in a position to say what further action may be taken on foot of these inquiries.
